Because I really don't know. Clearly Chinese rather than Tibetan. The building seemed to be abandoned or rather just empty for no reason? I just don't know. Somewhere in Lhasa.

Washing Day

At the hotel in Lhasa. A hand pump for fresh water and a loo downstairs. Basic but clean. No breakfast of course or showers or bathrooms but hot water for tea was available all the time. Cheap and cheerful.
