Don't Ask
Because I really don't know. Clearly Chinese rather than Tibetan. The building seemed to be abandoned or rather just empty for no reason? I just don't know. Somewhere in Lhasa.

The sign on the top of the building was written in Chinese and it said Lhasa Theater. Probably there was no performace on the day of your visit?
